Warranty Policy
At Atelier Akina, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. To ensure your confidence in every piece, we offer a 12-month warranty for all purchases made after 14 February 2025.
What the Warranty Covers
- Structural flaws in the metal or components.
- Faulty clasps, jump rings, or earring posts that break under normal wear.
- Defective chains that snap due to craftsmanship issues, rather than excessive force.
- Broken or misaligned components, such as charms detaching due to faulty links.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Natural dents or slight variations caused by the handcrafted process.
- General wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, or plating wear over time.
- Accidental damage, such as bending, impact, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Water or perfume damage, particularly on delicate or intricate pieces.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request a warranty claim, please contact us at via email at hello@atelierakina.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Once received, we will provide further instructions or may ask for more information.
Warranty Repair & Replacement
If your piece qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost to send it to us. Once repaired or replaced, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send it back to you.
