Faulty Items 

To ensure quality, all Atelier Akina pieces undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped. If, by any chance, you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order name and number, a brief description of the issue, and, for clarification purposes, attach images and/or videos depicting the problem. Upon verification, we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost.
