As a small, artisanal atelier, we offer flat-rate shipping to ensure each piece reaches you safely and sustainably. All orders are delivered from our boutique based in Sydney, Australia. All local & international orders are dispatched through Australia Post and tracking will be provided.

    Processing Time

    As a small, artisanal atelier, please be patient as we make and prepare your pieces for delivery. All pieces are made-to-order. Allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process & pack your order.

    We will send you an email with the tracking number of your order once it has been processed & packed for delivery. Track the progress of your order here by entering the tracking number.

    Lost or stolen packages

    Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the incorrect address, once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect it so be sure to check the address before confirming your order.

    Wrong Address

    If you have provided the wrong address, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible before we process the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we are not able to change the address.
