All orders are delivered from our boutique based in Sydney, Australia.

All local & international orders are dispatched through Australia Post and tracking will be provided. We provide both standard & express shipping and will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to shipping costs below based on your country.

Processing Time

Kindly allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. We strive to process as fast as we can so you can enjoy your Atelier Akina jewellery pieces as soon as possible! We will send you an email with the tracking number of your order once it has been processed.

Please note that there may be potential delays during high-demand periods or during Australian public holidays.

If you have provided the wrong address, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible before we process the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we are not able to change the address.

FREE standard delivery for all Australian orders over $100.

International Orders

FREE standard shipping for all international orders over $200.

Shipping cost is provided at checkout depending on your country and area code. All international purchases exclude tax. Please note that all international duties and customs tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to include your phone number.

Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
