All orders are shipped from our boutique based in Sydney, Australia through Australia Post and tracking will be provided. We provide both standard & express shipping and will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to delivery costs below based on your country.

Processing Time
We process and pack all our orders in-house with care! Allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. We will send you an email with the tracking number of your order once it has been processed.
Please note that there may be potential delays during high-demand periods or during Australian public holidays.

Lost or stolen packages
Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the incorrect address, once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect it so be sure to check the address before confirming your order.
Wrong Address
If you have provided the wrong address, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible before we process the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we are not able to change the address.
