Welcome to my atelier

Atelier Akina was born at the end of 2023, out of a longing to reconnect with my hands in a world where most of my work lived behind a screen. 

I slowly realised that the practice of crafting with my hands became a way for me to reconnect with myself, specifically my culture and my creativity.

Each piece has a story. I draw inspiration from my Chinese roots, my upbringing, and my love for art. I make jewellery as a reminder to follow what lights me up, to honour my true self. And I hope that when you wear my creations, they remind you to do the same.
